Where our fleet of vehicles records data from our sensors

• We collect: Images from cameras and other sensors which means we may collect your image. These images contain your face, other distinguishing features, and/or the number plate of the vehicle you are in.
  
• Our purpose: To train, develop and operate our artificial intelligence models in a safe and effective way, to document our development process and to comply with our regulatory requirements. We do not perform automated individual decision-making or profiling based on this data.
• Our lawful basis: Under data protection law, we need to tell you the lawful basis we use to process your personal data in this way. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest to build and develop our AI to ensure it is capable of driving in any environment. All of our vehicles are marked that on-board CCTV is installed.
